Description of the Business
New Break’s main Moray property covers 23,058 hectares, located in the southern Abitibi greenstone belt, approximately 49 km southeast of Timmins, Ontario and 32 km northwest of the Young-Davidson gold mine operated by Alamos Gold Inc. New Break also owns an additional 4,196 hectares of mineral claims that are nearby by not contiguous with the main Moray property. The initial 1,856 hectare Moray property was purchased in 2020 and then expanded in 2023 through two additional property acquisitions and staking. Exploration work from 2021 to 2024 included prospecting, a drone mag survey, VLF surveys, purchase of historical IP data, multiple stripping and trenching programs, channel sampling, geological mapping and the completion of a 55.7 line-km IP survey covering the entire interpreted extent of the Fiset syenite intrusive.
In Q3 2025, New Break completed the first phase of a maiden drilling program, comprised 1,502 metres in six drillholes which resulted in a significant gold discovery in the Zavitz zone. In Q4 2025, New Break drilled an additional 1,422 metres in six drillholes. In total, 2,924 metres were drilled in 2025 in 12 drillholes.

2026 Exploration Plan
With continuity of gold mineralization in the Zavitz zone now apparent, New Break expects to commence the first phase of a significant 10,000+ metre drilling program at Moray in late January 2026, aimed at evaluating multiple high priority drill targets that have yet to be tested and to expand the extent of mineralization in the Zavitz zone.
Sundog Gold Project and Investment in Guardian Exploration Inc.
Effective April 30, 2025, New Break sold its Sundog gold project (“Sundog”) located in Kivalliq, Nunavut to Guardian Exploration Inc. (“Guardian”). Sundog covers approximately 9,415 hectares within parcel AR-35 on Inuit Owned Land. New Break has retained a 20% carried interest in the Sundog gold project through an option to repurchase 20% of the project at any time for $1. All obligations under the mineral exploration agreement with the Inuit are the responsibility of Guardian, as is the obligation to bear 100% of the cost of exploration expenditures. New Break would only be required to fund its 20% of mine construction, if and when a development decision is made. New Break also owns 6,000,000 common shares of Guardian (TSX-V: GX) having a value of approximately $1,000,000.
