Description of the Business
New Break is focused principally on gold exploration at its 100% owned Moray property, covering approximately 10,338 hectares located in the southern Abitibi greenstone belt, approximately 49 km southeast of Timmins, Ontario and 32 km northwest of the Young-Davidson gold mine operated by Alamos Gold Inc. In addition, shareholders remain leveraged to exploration success in Nunavut, one of the most up and coming regions in Canada for gold exploration and production through New Break’s interests in the Sundog and Esker gold projects located in Kivalliq, Region. The Sundog gold project covers approximately 9,415 hectares within parcel AR-35 on Inuit Owned Land, while the 100% owned Esker gold project, covers approximately 1,408 hectares on Crown Land, which was acquired through staking in 2021.
